Pair of commemorative coins in 835‰ silver minted by the Republic of San Marino in 1984 to celebrate the XXIII Olympics in Los Angeles. The series includes two denominations: 500 Lire coin (diameter 29 mm, weight 11 g) and 1000 Lire coin (diameter 31.4 mm, weight 14.6 g). Both are legal tender in San Marino and Italy, minted according to Regency Decree no. 43 of 25 April 1984. The uncirculated specimens were collected in dedicated boxes for collectors.
