Shipments to Italy

• Fixed shipping cost: 6,00€ for all orders.

• Free shipping for orders over 200€.

• All shipments are entrusted to traceable express couriers (GLS, SDA, DHL or similar).

• Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 working days, excluding smaller islands and remote areas.

International Shipments (EU and Extra-EU)

• We ship worldwide, including European Union countries and non-EU countries.

• The shipping cost varies depending on the country of destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

• Delivery times vary from 3 to 10 working days, based on the destination.

• Any customs charges or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pick up in store

• You can select the option “Collect in store” during checkout.

• Collection is available at our stores in Senigallia (AN) e Fano (PU).

• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Gift Packaging

• We offer free gift box on request.

• During checkout, you will be able to indicate whether you would like to receive your order in elegant gift packaging, perfect for any occasion.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 24/48 working hours from payment confirmation.

• Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the first working day.

Order Tracking

• Upon shipment you will receive an email with the tracking code to track your package in real time.
