CLOCK FUNCTIONS
The crown can assume 3 positions:
1. Normal position (on the wrist): pressed against the case, the crown guarantees the waterproofness of the watch.
Occasional charge: If the watch has not been worn for a period of 60 hours or more, wind it with the crown in position 1.
2. Time zone and date change: pull the crown out to position 2, then rotate it forwards or backwards. The hour hand jumps one hour forward or backward. Changing the date can be done by moving the hour hand forwards or backwards past midnight. Return the crown to position 1.
Attention: when changing the time zone back, you must return to 7:00 pm to ensure the date changes.
3. Time adjustment: hours - minutes - seconds. Pull the crown out to position 3. The second hand stops. Rotate the crown forwards or backwards. Synchronize the second hand to the time signal by returning the crown to position 1.
1/8 second timekeeping for up to 12 hours.
TACHOMETRIC SCALES
The desired information is displayed between the central chronograph seconds hand and the corresponding scale, for a maximum duration of 60 seconds.
Example: calculate the speed of a car.
Time the time it takes the car to travel the distance of 1 kilometre. Read the speed indicated by the central second hand on the tachymetric scale. In our case, the car travels at 120 km/h.
