Pair of commemorative coins in 835‰ silver minted by the Republic of San Marino in 1983 to celebrate the fifth centenary of the birth of Raffaello Sanzio. The 500 Lire coin weighs 11 grams with a diameter of 29 mm, while the 1000 Lire coin weighs 14.6 grams with a diameter of 31.4 mm. Both are legal tender in San Marino and Italy. Preserved in uncirculated condition, presented in original box. Pieces sought after by collectors of Italian historical numismatics.
